SECTION 1 - COMMERCIAL & B2B USE
Our website showcases architectural, interior, and building materials (including carbon crystal boards, fluted WPC wall panels, and customized aluminum doors/windows) primarily intended for commercial, B2B (Business-to-Business), and project-based procurement. By purchasing our products or requesting quotes, you acknowledge that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & DRAWINGS
Due to the technical nature of building materials, product images, colors, and textures displayed on screens may vary slightly from the actual physical goods. For bulk project orders, all final productions will be based strictly on the approved shop drawings, engineering blueprints, and material sample confirmations mutually agreed upon between you and our sales team via email or official instant messaging (such as WhatsApp).

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices for our building materials are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (such as aluminum and polymers) and international shipping rates. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS
For customized or large-scale project orders, production will only commence after receiving the agreed deposit payment (e.g., T/T bank transfer or approved online payment methods). The remaining balance must be cleared prior to container loading or dispatch from our warehouse, unless alternative credit terms are agreed upon in writing.

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, custom product designs, technical drawings, and promotional imagery, is the intellectual property of LetiMat and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
