Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing LetiMat as your building materials supplier!
Because our products (such as wall panels, acoustic materials, and custom aluminum windows) are heavy, volumetric, and oversized, our shipping methods and logistics policies are structured as follows:

1. SHIPPING METHODS & OCEAN FREIGHT
Unlike standard e-commerce goods, bulk building materials cannot be shipped via standard air couriers. We primarily ship globally via Ocean Freight (Sea Shipping).
- LCL (Less than Container Load): For smaller orders, goods are securely packed in protective wooden crates or pallets and consolidated into a shared container.
- FCL (Full Container Load): For large project orders, we arrange dedicated 20GP/40HQ containers directly from our partner factories or loading ports (such as Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Foshan port).

2. DELIVERY TERMS (INCOTERMS)
We flexibly support international commercial delivery terms, including but not limited to:
- FOB (Free on Board) / EXW (Ex Works): You arrange your own freight forwarder to pick up the cargo.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We ship the cargo to your nearest destination seaport.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) / Door-to-Door: Available for specific countries (such as USA, UAE, and parts of Southeast Asia), where we handle customs clearance and inland delivery directly to your project site.

3. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
- Stock Items: Standard stock materials are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Customized doors, windows, and custom-colored panels require a production lead time typically ranging from 15 to 30 business days after shop drawing approval and deposit receipt.

4. TRANSIT TIMES
Sea shipping transit times vary significantly depending on the destination port:
- Southeast Asia: 7 - 15 days
- Middle East (e.g., Dubai, Saudi Arabia): 15 - 25 days
- North America & Europe: 30 - 45 days
Please note that these are estimated transit times provided by shipping lines and do not include potential customs inspection delays in the destination country.

5. CARGO INSPECTION & PORT FEES
For CIF/FOB shipments, buyers are responsible for destination port charges, local customs clearance, and local taxes/duties upon arrival. Customers or their designated logistics agents must inspect the outer packaging and wooden crates before signing for receiving the container.

6. LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Once your container or LCL cargo is loaded, we will provide you with the Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and any required certificates, alongside tracking updates. For any shipping inquiries, please contact us at leticiatengfacai@gmail.com.
