Shipping Policy
Because our products β wall panels, acoustic materials, grille boards, aluminum trims, and flexible stone veneer β are heavy, oversized, and shipped in volume, our logistics differ from standard e-commerce. We ship globally via ocean freight, managed by our freight forwarding partners. Small orders ship LCL (shared container); large projects ship FCL (dedicated container).
1. How We Ship
| LCL (Less than Container Load) |
For smaller orders β your goods are packed in protective wooden crates or pallets and consolidated into a shared container with other cargo. Cost-effective. Ideal for orders under 15 mΒ³. |
| FCL (Full Container Load) |
For large project orders β we arrange a dedicated 20GP or 40HQ container directly from our factory or port (Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Foshan). Best value for orders over 25 mΒ³. |
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by order weight at checkout for US orders. We manage the freight forwarding process end-to-end β you do not need to find your own forwarder.

Middle East & Other Regions
Shipping rates for the Middle East and other international destinations are calculated at checkout. Contact us for a personalized freight quote for your specific destination and order size.
Note: International rates shown at checkout are estimates. For unusually large or complex shipments, we may contact you with a revised quote before processing. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment if the actual freight exceeds the estimate.
3. Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
| FOB / EXW | You arrange your own freight forwarder to pick up from our factory. Goods are packed, labeled, and export-ready. |
| CIF | We ship to your nearest destination seaport, including cost, insurance, and freight. |
| DDP Door-to-Door | Full service β we handle shipping, customs clearance, duties, and final delivery to your project site. Available for USA, UAE, and select Southeast Asia destinations. |
4. Processing & Lead Times
| Stock Items | Processed and dispatched within 3β5 business days. |
| Custom / Made-to-Order | Custom doors, windows, and custom-colored panels require 15β30 business days after drawing approval and deposit. |

Transit times are estimates from the shipping line and do not include customs clearance delays at the destination port.
6. Documentation & Tracking
Once your container or LCL cargo is loaded, we provide:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
- Certificates (Certificate of Origin, fire rating certificates, formaldehyde-free certification, etc. as applicable)
- Tracking updates at key milestones
7. Receiving Your Shipment
For CIF/FOB shipments, the buyer (or their customs broker) is responsible for destination port charges, customs clearance, and local taxes/duties. Inspect all packaging and crates before signing for the container. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph before opening.
